What to Expect
Session One: Initial Consultation (Online)
In this first session, we’ll explore what you want to achieve through meditation. Whether you’re seeking inner calm, releasing old patterns, or inviting new opportunities, we’ll define a clear intention for your practice. This session provides the foundation for a personalised meditation plan that aligns with your goals and lifestyle.
Metaphorical Card Exploration
During our first session, I may gently invite you to work with metaphorical cards. These are not used to predict the future. Instead, they offer images, symbols and words that help us access the deeper wisdom of your subconscious mind.
Often, we know more within ourselves than we can easily express in words. The subconscious speaks through feelings, images, memories and symbols. When you choose a card, something within you responds to it, revealing hidden emotions, patterns, desires or possibilities that may be ready to be seen.
This can help you gain clarity, understand what is holding you back, and connect more deeply with your inner guidance. Many people find that the cards gently uncover what they already know in their heart, but have not yet fully recognised.
There is no right or wrong interpretation. The cards simply open a doorway, and together we listen to what wishes to be seen.
Session Two: Guided Meditation (Online or In-Person)
In the second session, I’ll guide you through a meditation practice specifically tailored for you. Together, we’ll explore the technique, allowing you to experience its full potential and benefits, including stress relief, emotional healing, and greater mental clarity.
Optional Enhancements for In-Person Sessions:

Rebozo Massage : Add a nurturing, tension-releasing element to your session with this deeply restorative practice.
Daily Practice:
After our sessions, you will be invited to continue your meditation practice at home for either 21 or 40 days. This daily commitment will deepen your connection to the practice, creating long-lasting transformation, emotional balance and alignment in your life.
You may wish to create a small ritual around your practice — lighting a candle, wrapping yourself in a blanket, or sitting with a cup of tea before you begin.
This session is for you if you are feeling lost, overwhelmed, at a crossroads, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself and hear the quiet voice within, or if you are completely new to meditation and would like gentle guidance to begin.
